Refund eligibility is calculated from the date and time we receive your written cancellation (by email):

30 days or more before the start date: 100% refund.
14 to 28 days before: 50% refund, or a transfer or voucher.
Under 14 days before: no refund, unless exceptional medical or personal circumstances can be proven with evidence.
