Make Swimming Part of Your Week
Our lane swimming sessions give you dedicated time each week to get in the water and swim. Whether you’re swimming for fitness, training or simply because you enjoy it, you can choose a regular Monday, Wednesday or Friday morning session.Sessions run from 7:00–8:00am, with just 12 swimmers per session and a maximum of 4 swimmers per lane. Your October pass is £36 for the month and reserves your place on your chosen day each week.
The pool at Sir Thomas Rich's School
Sir Thomas Rich's School in Longlevens gives us a heated 18-metre indoor pool with three lanes. Every 7–8am session is booked by one swimmer or group at a time, so there is no queuing for a lane; a lifeguard is on duty throughout, and there is free parking on site with changing rooms and showers.

Open the booking page and choose the month, then the date, from the two lists under the price. Dates that are already booked are not listed, so no two people can reserve the same session. Enter the swimmer's name, add the date to your basket and pay; want more than one date, add each one in turn.

These sessions are for swimmers who are confident swimming independently in deep water. Please arrive by 7:00am so you get the full hour.
Your booking reserves the session on that date, so missed sessions cannot be refunded, credited or transferred. If you are unsure whether a session suits you, ask before you book.

October 2026
31 dates, Thursday 1 to Saturday 31 October. 7:00–8:00am every day, £36 per session.
November 2026
30 dates, Sunday 1 to Monday 30 November. Darker mornings, same warm pool and the same quiet hour.
December 2026
31 dates, Tuesday 1 to Thursday 31 December. Book early for the weeks around Christmas.
